ACON is a community organisation that helps people living with HIV take control of their health, as well as the health of their partners, by providing up-to-date information and programs such as support services and workshops, counselling and home-based care.

ACON help members of the LGBTIQA+ community take control of their health so they can look after themselves as well as their partners, family and friends. ACON offer a range of services including sexual health, mental health, alcohol and drugs, safety and inclusion, domestic and family violence and ageing.
