The website has an interactive map that contains every public NSP outlet across NSW. The map includes staffed NSPs where you can access advice, information and referral as well as machines and chutes.

If you see a needle in a public place call the hotline.

The Needle Clean-Up Hotline is a call centre that takes reports from the public and coordinates the clean-up of dumped needles and syringes in public places anywhere in NSW.

The hotline is staffed – Monday to Friday (9.00am – 4.00pm) – with an answering machine at other times.

NUAA’s Needle and Syringe Program (NSP), enables individuals to pick up new injecting equipment or drop off used equipment. The NSP is staffed by peers (people with lived experience of injecting drug use) who are knowledgeable and non-judgmental.

Opening times are Monday to Friday (8.30am – 6.00pm) and Saturdays (10.00am – 3.00pm).
