Annual Charity Event 2020

Statement – Postponed until 2021

After careful consultation with our Board and Fundraising Committee, Youth Solutions has made the responsible decision to postpone our 2020 Annual Charity Event, which was originally in planning for Saturday, 25 July 2020.

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to have impact, we feel this decision is necessary in order to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our supporters, our team, volunteers, young people and the wider community during this time. Many of Youth Solutions’ supporters have been also affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and our charity does not wish to place further strain on affected members of the community at this time.

Instead, Youth Solutions will plan for our 2021 Annual Charity Event, securing Saturday 31 July 2021, at The Cube, Campbelltown Catholic Club for the celebration. We’d like to particularly thank the Campbelltown Catholic Club and its teams for their support, flexibility and understanding in relation to this matter. We’d also like to thank all of the businesses, organisations and individuals who support our Charity Event each year. As we plan for the 2021 Charity Event your support will be more important than ever to Youth Solutions, to help us continue our important work with our region’s young people.

The Annual Charity Event is Youth Solutions’ major fundraiser for the year, helping our charity to raise the funds necessary to continue and expand our drug and alcohol prevention and health promotion work with young people in Macarthur and Wingecarribee. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of young people.

Sponsorship and Tickets

All sponsor packages, table and ticket bookings include a three course-meal, beverage package and entertainment.


Sponsorship packages are available from $2000 and include a table of 10 at the event and a range of promotional opportunities and benefits.

Financial or prize item donations in support of the event are warmly welcomed. All donations will receive acknowledgement.

All donors are entitled to the reduced rate ticket price of $120 per ticket.

Youth Solutions has deductible gift recipient status. All donations over $2 are tax deductible.
