Youth Solutions’ #whyichoose campaign aims to educate young people about the negative health effects of tobacco smoking, while also promoting the benefits of choosing not to smoke tobacco or making safer decision around tobacco smoking.
The campaign is delivered by Youth Solutions and its Youth Advisory Group volunteers and aims to prevent and reduce tobacco smoking-related harm among young people aged 15 – 25 years. Visit the project page here to learn more about the campaign and ways to get involved.

The Quitline is confidential and staffed by professional advisors. The Quitline is available from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. The app also features a community board and can be programed to respond to an individual’s smoking danger times.

A free health app that aims to help users quit smoking. This app provides a programme for users to complete; which is based on the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
