Back to all News Camden youth wanted: Your opinions on drugs and alcohol are important to us Posted on 28th Jan 2020 Youth Solutions calls on young people to have their say on alcohol and drugs as part of a research project Young people from the Camden local government area are being encouraged to get involved in a research project on drug and alcohol issues. Camden Council is funding the Youth Solutions research project, which has been approved by the Western Sydney University Human Research Ethics Committee and the Aboriginal Health & Medical Research Council Human Research Ethics Committee. Youth Solutions research and design coordinator Emily Deans said participants needed to be from the Camden LGA and aged between 12 and 25 years. “Participants must be available for a 30 to 45 minute phone interview or focus group discussion about drug and alcohol issues and their needs with regard to prevention and treatment services,” Ms Deans said. “To show our appreciation, all participants will receive a $30 JB Hi Fi Voucher as reimbursement plus focus group catering.” For more details, contact Emily at email@example.com or call (02) 4628 2319.
