The Youth Solutions Fundraising Committee is a volunteer committee made up of passionate Macarthur region community members.
The Committee assists in identifying and coordinating fundraising activities and opportunities, to strengthen the capacity of Youth Solutions and its programs.

Fundraising Committee Members
Vayshali is a Senior Associate at Marsdens Law Group, managing the firm’s Oran Park office and specialising in Family Law.
Her extensive legal experience is also complemented by a diverse community contribution. Vayshali has volunteered her time as a Board Member on the WILMA Women’s Health Centre Management Commitee since 2016 and is secretary for Campbelltown Chamber of Commerce. Vayshali has also volunteered her time, providing free legal advice, for many local Not For Profit organisations.
Vayshali has been a Youth Solutions Fundraising Committee volunteer since 2019.
Rebekah is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and is the Principal Solicitor at Family Focus Legal.
In addition to her extensive experience in all aspects of Family Law, Rebekah is also an experienced community advocate, supporting a number of associations and charities, particularly through fundraising support. Outside of her volunteer role with Youth Solutions, Rebekah also volunteers as part of the Mater Dei Lipstick Luncheon Committee.
Rebekah has been a Youth Solutions Fundraising Committee volunteer since 2016.
Natalie is the architect behind, and Creative Director at, Absolutely Fabulous Event Decorations.
Her vast experience in event styling and coordination has catapulted her business to the top of its field. Natalie’s passion for events is matched by her desire to give back to community. Outside of her volunteer role with Youth Solutions, Natalie also volunteers her time as a member of the Ingham Institute Luncheon Committee.
Natalie has been a Youth Solutions Fundraising Committee volunteer since 2016.
Sue-Lei is a well-respected local businesswoman and is currently a doTERRA Wellness Advocate via her own venture, Essentially Be Free.
Sue-Lei enjoys being able to give back to her community and believes in empowering others, both through her passion for essential oils and her community volunteering. Sue-Lei has volunteered for a number of Macarthur region charities and causes and also has a strong background in hotel management.
Sue-Lei has been a Youth Solutions Fundraising Committee volunteer since 2016.
Sharon is the Finance Director at logistics company, TLD Logistics.
Sharon’s passion for community is particularly highlighted through her contribution to Youth Solutions as one of the founding Fundraising Committee volunteers. She has also volunteered her time for numerous community causes, including as a founder of the Narellan Rotary Club’s Interact Club, which helped earn her Rotary Pride of Workmanship Award for Services to Youth.
Sharon has been a Youth Solutions Fundraising Committee volunteer since 2013.
Lyn is the General Manager at Hillross Macarthur, boasting over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector.
A well-respected local businesswoman, Lyn’s community contribution also includes volunteering for local school initiatives and community fundraising events. In recent years, Lyn led her team at Hillross Macarthur to win the Business of the Year accolades for both the Hillross group and the Campbelltown community.
Lyn has been a Youth Solutions Fundraising Committee volunteer since 2017.
Rachael is the Junior Solicitor at Family Focus Legal.
Rachael is a passionate Macarthur local who enjoys supporting the community she lives and works in.
Rachael has been a Youth Solutions Fundraising Committee volunteer since 2020.
Staff Committee Positions
Geraldine is the Chief Executive Officer at Youth Solutions, and has been a proud member of the YS team since 2003.
Geraldine has extensive experience in community services and not-for-profit management, project and media management, community development, fundraising and human resources management. Geraldine is renowned in the Macarthur and Wingecarribee for her contribution to community, both through her role at Youth Solutions and her personal volunteer efforts. Her long list of accolades include being named as NSW Local Woman of the Year for Campbelltown in 2016.
Geraldine has been part of the Youth Solutions Fundraising Committee since 2013.
Amanda is the Community Relations & Communications Coordinator at Youth Solutions and has been an integral part of the YS team since 2014.
Amanda has extensive experience in communications, media, journalism, not-for-profit marketing, fundraising and community engagement. Amanda is the Chair of the Youth Solutions Fundraising Committee, coordinating and leading the Committee and charity’s fundraising efforts and activities. Amanda is passionate about making a difference in her local Macarthur community and has volunteered her personal time for local initiatives such as the Max Potential Program.
Amanda has been part of the Youth Solutions Fundraising Committee since 2014.
