Youth Solutions Annual Charity Event calls on community support for local youth
All young people deserve to have the capacity to live healthy, safe and well-connected lives – so believes the team at Youth Solutions and their supporters.
The community will come together for the charity’s annual dinner this July, to help the charity do just that – raise critical funds for Youth Solutions’ Macarthur and Wingecarribee youth drug and alcohol prevention and health promotion programs. The best part? They’d like to extend the invitation to you.
The Youth Solutions Annual Charity Event has long cemented itself in the region’s social calendar as the perfect combination of style and sophistication, fun and fundraising. It’s a night to dress up, step out and have a great time – while supporting your local community.
The 2024 event is set down for Saturday, 27 July from 6.30-11.30pm at The Cube, Campbelltown Catholic Club and Youth Solutions is looking for community members and businesses alike to get behind the cause and join the fun.
The event is Youth Solutions’ major fundraiser of the year, raising vital funds to deliver drug and alcohol prevention, education, health promotion and wellbeing programs and services for young people in the local area.
The theme of this year’s charity fundraiser is “Black and White Ball” and attendees are invited to get creative with the formal, black and white dress code.
Youth Solutions Chief Executive Officer Geraldine Dean said the event hit new heights each year. “Our Team and Fundraising Committee always do an exceptional job organising our fundraisers, but I know they’ve excelled themselves this year,” Mrs Dean said.
“It’s a fun and inspiring night to be a part of with plenty of food, fun and activities and always a full dance floor. But most importantly, I love the opportunity for the sponsors and supporters of Youth Solutions to come together and celebrate the work we do together and to support the young people in our community.”

Youth Solutions Manager Marketing & Engagement, Amanda Dillon, is coordinating the event and reflected on the importance of community support.
“It’s so humbling to see the generosity of our community through events like this and its rewarding to work on something so wonderful that truly does make a huge impact in our community,” Mrs Dillon said. “Youth Solutions is servicing a growing region and demand for health promotion and prevention services is growing. We as a community need to do all we can to support the health, safety and wellbeing of our growing youth population. So, when you come along to our Charity Event, not only do you get a great night out, you also get to make a real difference.”
Youth Solutions’ health education programs, campaigns, services and activities focus on empowering, upskilling and educating young people.
