Both nationally and in Macarthur and Wingecarribee, alcohol, tobacco and cannabis remain the top three drug issues of concern. A snapshot report of South Western Sydney shows that the rates of smoking tobacco in Campbelltown are particularly higher than the state average with Campbelltown recording a 25.3% smoking rate in comparison to the average of 19.2%.
